Time Develop Ltd. is acting as a manufacturer, converter and exporter of all kinds of apparel fabrics, garment packages and upholstery fabrics in China.

Our head quarter locates in Shanghai, China. We have four divisions Changzhou (China), Fuzhou (China), Hong Kong and Toronto(Canada).

Our roots come from the corduroy plant locates in Changzhou city. We have a vertical line of spinning, dyeing, weaving and finishing. Our machines are from Swiss, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Japan and USA. The products include 2.5wales to 26wales, stretch and rigid. We are able to produce different kinds of corduroy such as solid, print, yarn-dyed, indigo dye, tie-dying, emboss, etc.

With the business expands and increasingly market demands, we are involving more and more in converting cotton, linen, rayon, polyester, wool and their blended fabrics in woven and knits. Currently our converting capacity occupies 70% of our fabrics business.

We start package production in recent years for Japan and North American markets. Our mission is to provide a service that customers can confirm the fabrics and garment samples in their offices, production will be carried on in China. We are attracting more and more customers in this cooperation.

We believe excellent quality control is the key to success. For the fabrics, we inspect all the yarn we buy. We carry in-house test and independent laboratary test for every order we ship to ensure the technical figures meet the critiaria. For package order, besides controlling the quality of fabrics, we have people stay in manufacturer inspecting the finished garment. The garment contractors we work with are all experienced, professional and best in the field.
